If you’re invited to interview you may be asked to complete an assessment, this may be a practical or written assessment designed to assess specific skills and abilities required for the role. We sometimes also conduct assessment centres.

The interview itself will usually consist of a panel of three people. The interview will be structured and will consist of a set of questions based on the core competency behaviours and job specific criteria identified in the job description.

The questions asked will enable you to demonstrate to the panel how your previous or current work or personal experience relates to your suitability for the role.

You’ll also be given the opportunity to ask questions about the role.
