Mae'n rhaid cyflwyno Cwestiynau Ysgrifenedig bum diwrnod gwaith o leiaf cyn y maent i gael eu hateb. Yn ymarferol, mae'r Gweinidogion yn ceisio ateb o fewn saith neu wyth diwrnod ond nid yw'n orfodol iddynt wneud hynny. Cyhoeddir yr atebion yn yr iaith y'u cyflwynir ynddi, gyda chyfieithiad i'r Saesneg o ymatebion a roddir yn Gymraeg.
Gofyn i'r Gweinidog Cymunedau a Threchu Tlodi
Kirsty Williams (Brycheiniog a Sir Faesyfed): Pa gamau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn eu cymryd i warchod tafarndai pentref ymhellach os bydd grwpiau cymunedol yn cymryd drosodd fel dewis amgen yn hytrach na'u cau? (WAQ69566)
Derbyniwyd ateb ar 15 Rhagfyr 2015
Gweinidog Cymunedau a Threchu Tlodi (Lesley Griffiths): Many communities regard their local pub as a community asset. The Welsh Government agrees pubs can provide a focal point for communities and as such we have included them in the work we have done on Assets of Community Value.
On 7 December I published a Written Statement on Assets of Community Value. This provides an update on the responses to the Protecting Community Assets consultation which closed on 11 September. The Written Statement can be found at:

As stated in the Written Statement, I will not commit a future Welsh Government to specific action on this issue. I know there is cross party support for a Welsh solution, however, this is now a matter for the new administration post May 2016
Kirsty Williams (Brycheiniog a Sir Faesyfed): A wnaiff y Gweinidog roi'r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am waith Llywodraeth Cymru ar ddiogelu asedau cymunedol lleol? (WAQ69567)
