Weinidog Cyllid (Jane Hutt):  We will be publishing our Second Supplementary Budget for 2013-14 on 11 February 2014. This budget will contain details of any changes required to departmental allocations as we approach the end of the current financial year.

The allocation letters to the Local Health Boards advising of their 2013-14 initial allocations were issued on the 7th Feb 2013. The table below sets out subsequent LHB allocation adjustments to the 31 January 2014.

Notes:

Funding for the technical accounting treatment includes items such as depreciation and impairment charges.

Other routine allocations include items such as Shared Services adjustments, Health PromotionProtection, Invest to Save, Cancer/Cardic, Mental Health, NHS Redress.

*The Minister for Health and Social Services announced in October 2013 £150m additional funding for Local Health Boards in 2013/14 to meet new demands and pressures in the current financial year. The Nurse Staffing and Unscheduled Care allocations noted above are elements of the £150 m, with the remaining balance relating to the Immunisation programme, Drug funding and VER funding included within the other routine allocations to 31 January 2014.
