Trosglwyddo Cydsyniadau Ynni i’r Cynulliad

Mae’r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol hwn yn credu y dylid trosglwyddo cydsyniadau ynni sy’n llywodraethu adeiladu, ymestyn a gweithredu gorsafoedd cynhyrchu dros 50MW i Gymru.

Ni welwn fod angen creu Pwyllgor Cynllunio Annibynnol i benderfynu ar geisiadau o’r fath. Credwn mai Cymru yw’r lle gorau i benderfynu ar brosiectau sy’n effeithio ar gymunedau ac amgylchedd Cymru.

Transfer Energy Consents to the Assembly

This National Assembly believes that energy consents governing the construction, extension and operation of generating stations in excess of 50MW should be transferred to Wales.

We do not see the necessity of creating an Independent Planning Committee to determine such applications. We believe decisions on projects affecting Welsh communities and the environment are best taken in Wales.
