Item 4: Motion to approve a Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Bill legislative consent motion under Standing Order 26

NDM4107 Carwyn Jones (Bridgend)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that provisions of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill relating to petitions to local authorities, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

In accordance with Standing Order 7.19 (iii), the amendment tabled to this motion has not been selected.
